Tip of the week #1 + jogging challenge

Summer is almost over.. :( What better way to end it than sweat your ass off for the last few days. So my friends and I have started a challenge. From 28th of August until 20th of September we have to run 17 times for at least 30 mins.We will be recording our time and we will be putting it in a table. The winner will be announced on the 20th of September. If you want to, you can join us, if you don't then... just wish us luck!
